Curiosidad: Cuando este cine de 561 butacas, coqueto y muy bien ubicado para la época, inició actividades en plena expansión del negocio de exhibición, nadie pudo haber pensado que su final iba ser tan penoso, ya que de dar a conocer películas de primera línea (empresa C.E.N.S.A.) fue decayendo hacia las de cruce y clase B y finalmente al circuito de espectáculos "Condicionados" y "Franja Verde", dentro del que se mantuvo durante décadas hasta su cierre el 17/08/1990. En CINESTRENOS se le han registrado 163 estrenos, aunque quedaron afuera de la cuenta decenas de "sexys".
